Mark H. Fiorentino

Senior Vice President, Government Affairs


As the company's director of government affairs, Mark Fiorentino is responsible for administrative, zoning, licensing, and government relations for the company.

Maintaining his position as partner with Kummer Kaempfer Bonner & Renshaw, Fiorentino practices extensively before state and local government authorities on zoning, licensing and general business matters.

He has substantial experience with zoning matters and with state and local gaming license and tax matters. He has drafted ordinances, legislation, and regulations on a variety of issues, including water law, property rights, zoning, gaming and general business issues.

Fiorentino is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Clark County Bar Association.

He has served as a Circuit Governor in the Law Student Division of the American Bar Association, and was a member of the Clark County Comprehensive Planning Steering Committee.

He also has served on a Clark County Committee that updated the County's Zoning Code, and on the City of Las Vegas Master Plan Committee. He speaks frequently at seminars and conferences on land use, gaming and government affairs. Mark received his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from Drake University Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif. He received his Bachelor's Degree in business management in 1986 from Arizona State University.
